Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order—or simply change your mind—please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us, along with the dispatch note. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition, with all components included. Please use registered delivery, as items are considered returned only once we have received them or you can provide proof of postage. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Once we receive the returned item(s) in the required condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

These items cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty. Excluded products are clearly marked on their product information pages. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 28 days. We will either replace the item or issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
