Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Occasionally, an item may appear as in stock on our website but be unavailable in our warehouse. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible via email to offer a refund or suggest an alternative product.
UK Mainland Delivery
We offer both Standard and Express delivery options for addresses within mainland UK.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. While we aim to deliver within 1–5 working days, this is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Express Delivery (Parcelforce)
Express delivery is priced at £6.95 and typically arrives within 2 working days after dispatch. This service is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. It's ideal for urgent orders.
Customers are usually notified by email or SMS the day before delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, a calling card will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise redelivery.
Redelivery will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Heavenly Delights Ltd. A £9.00 postage fee will apply to re-send the order. If the order is returned after three failed delivery attempts, we will refund the cost of the products only (excluding delivery charges).
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £29.99. We aim to deliver within 1–5 working days.
Collecting Orders from Our Warehouse
Orders placed with the 'Collect from Our Warehouse' option are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Please wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready before coming to collect it. Be sure to have your order number with you when collecting.
Orders must be collected within 7 working days of receiving the notification. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Working days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please ensure that billing and shipping details are entered correctly during checkout, as incorrect information may cause delays in processing your order.
