Delivery & Returns Policy

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. On extremely rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our warehouse whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you ASAP to arrange a refund or exchange.

UK Mainland Delivery

We offer Express and standard delivery options for mainland UK.
The cost of standard delivery is calculated according to the weight of the order including packaging. We aim to deliver your order by the third working day after posting; however this is not a guaranteed service.

Orders weighing more than 2KG can only be despatched by Express delivery
Express delivery is £6.95 and is delivered the next working day after despatch. This service is tracked and requires a signature upon receipt. It is ideal for urgent or quick deliveries. Customers will usually be notified via e-mail or SMS the day before delivery is attempted. If the recipient is not available, a calling card may be left with contact details to re-arrange delivery. Arranging re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

Re-delivery will be attempted twice, after which it is returned to Heavenly Delights Ltd. To re-send the order after it has been returned to us will incur a further £9.00 postage charge. If an order is returned to us after 3 attempted deliveries, we will only refund the cost of the products (not the delivery charge).

Europe

We offer Express and standard delivery options for countries within Europe.

Express delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Irelands, Scottish Highlands, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany is £14.99 and usually delivered within 2-3 working days after despatch.

Express delivery to Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovak Republic and Slovenia is £19.99 and usually delivered within 3-4 working days after despatch.

Express delivery to Andorra, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, & Switzerland is £24.99 and usually delivered within 3-4 working days after despatch.

The cost of standard delivery is calculated according to the weight of the order. We aim to deliver your order by the seventh working day after posting

The cost of standard delivery is calculated according to the weight of the order. We aim to deliver your order by the tenth working day after posting

Express delivery rates are calculated according to the weight of the order and can be estimated in the shopping cart when placing your order.

Please note that all shipping rates listed above apply to orders placed on our website. They will not apply to trade orders and orders placed via e-mail, fax, post or phone. 

Collecting Orders From Warehouse

Orders placed with the option of 'Collect Order from Our Warehouse' usually take 1-2 working days to be processed. These orders are only to be collected after receiving notification by e-mail that the order is ready. Please be aware of your order number when collecting the order.

Orders should be collected within 7 working days of notification. Orders that are not collected within 7 working days will be cancelled and payment refunded.

Returns

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with us. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your order or if you simply change your mind, please notify us within 14 days. You must then return the order to us within 14 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components. We recommend that you send it via registered delivery as it will only be deemed returned to us once we have received it, or if you provide proof of delivery.  You will have to pay the return postage costs.

If the order is returned to us in the state described above, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving it. The refund will be made via the method used to submit payment to us.

Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Products excluded such as these are clearly marked on the product information page. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Working Days

Please note that working days are any days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays. Failure to enter correct billing and/or shipping information when placing an order may result in it being delayed.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is damaged or not fit for use, please notify us within 28 days, and we will replace it or issue a refund within 14 days.
